Play the Man (taught by Matt Walker Sundays at 11:00 AM in Room 206 starting September 17). In this class we'll be taking a look at what it means to be a man of God by unveiling seven virtues of manhood. This is more than a book; it's a movement of men who will settle for nothing less than fulfilling their highest calling to be the man and the father God has destined them to be. Play the man. Make the man.
What We Believe (taught by Dave Snyder Sundays at 1:00 PM in Room 208 starting September 17). This class provides knowledge of what makes Christianity different from cults and World Religions. After taking this class one will never be fooled by false teachers and will be able to articulate clearly and correctly explain their faith to anyone.
The Twelve Apostles (taught by Bill Combs Sundays at 11:00 AM in Room 224 starting September 17). These apostles had their faults and failures, their strengths and weaknesses, their victories and defeats just like we do. The study of The Twelve Apostles will focus on their unique role and lessons for everyday Christian living.
Life’s Healing Choices (taught by Michelle Blakeley Sundays at 9:00 AM in Room 225 starting September 17). We've all been hurt by other people, we've hurt ourselves, and we've hurt others. And as a result, every single one of us ends up with some sort of hurt, hang-up, or habit. But the question we all face is, “Where do we go from here?” Life's Healing Choices offers freedom from our hurts, hang-ups, and habits through eight healing choices that promise true happiness and life transformation. Come join us on Sunday mornings as we walk through the Beatitudes and work through making each of these choices. You too will find God's pathway to wholeness, growth, spiritual maturity, happiness, and healing. You'll find real answers, real hope, and a real future -- one healing choice at a time.
Worship 4.0: Emerging Lifestyle (taught by Mark and Michelle Kamrath Sundays at 9:30 AM in Room 207 starting September 17). We will be reviewing the book "Worship 4.0: An Emerging Lifestyle" (available on Amazon, suggested, but not required.) We'll consider worship as an expression of relationship with God, and consider the roles of identity and creativity in a full and active worship lifestyle. We'll look at how this relationship was originally created, and how it changed through time to develop into what we believe is emerging in today's Church.
