Hey Church,

We are praying for you as we navigate these unfamiliar and uncertain moments. To best care for our church family and the greater community to whom we are neighbors, we are making a few changes effective immediately.

LMCM convened a COVID-19 Task Force over a week ago - even before the worldwide health situation actually touched Southern Nevada. Click here for a message from our LMCM Task Force that details the temporary closures in place for all ministries within Lake Mead Christian Ministries.

Church at Lake Mead closures are in place for at least four weeks for all church-sanctioned gatherings, groups and classes both on and off campus.  This includes student ministry, women’s and men’s ministry, life groups, common groups, and classes. These unexpected changes can and may produce innovative ways for us to connect digitally as we commit to honor the social distancing that our government and medical leaders are requiring at this time. Experts assure us that this strategy will only work if everyone cooperates, so as Christians we will respect the authorities.

Our church team is working on ways to encourage you spiritually throughout this time that includes videos, podcasts or other digital communication modes. We will send out social media links later this week for you to access our weekend services.

Please continue to pray for one another, for government leadership, first responders and our neighbors. May the peace of Christ rule your hearts as we enter this new week and may the love of Christ be evident in all that you do.

We love you, Church!
