Facts about Phase I of the North Campus
Land Dedication: May 28, 2015.
Groundbreaking: October 9, 2015.
Phase I Completion: We are scheduled to complete Phase I by August, 2016
Cost of Phase I: The cost to complete Phase I is $10,000,000.
Architect: Our architect is SH Architecture.
General Contractor: Our general contractor is CORE Construction.
Land: The parcel of land is 14.14 acres.
Building: The Phase I Building will be 47,000 sq. ft.
Classrooms: There will be 19 secondary classrooms and 6 early education classrooms in Phase I.
Offices: There will be 13 offices for administration, technology, teachers in Phase I.
Multi-Purpose Room: The MPR will seat 400 auditorium style and 300 cafeteria style.
Campus Café: There will be a Campus Café.
Kitchen: The kitchen will be 1,500 sq. ft.
Sports Field: The total site area being developed is 153,678 square feet. Within that area, a total of 88,440 square feet of sports field is included, fenced with chain link.
Turf: The field will be landscaped with Bermuda turf sod and irrigated by an automatic sprinkler system.
Cost of field: Total field construction cost is estimated at $507,000 including goalposts, scoreboards, and soccer goals.
